I've always been a natural encourager, drawing on my resilience and proven success in overcoming challenges. My coaching journey organically began with mothers joining MSP, after recognising the success of the programme, the mothers I was working with pushed me to explore and use my abilities to the next level and I went on to train to become a qualified life coach.

Today, I can confidently say I'm grateful for the lessons I've learned. Those early struggles shaped me into the empathetic, resourceful coach I am today and helped me create the right support for working mothers through providing a 10-week early-intervention programme, workshops on self-care, financial management and career development.
