Our 6th Programme — Bigger and Better Than Ever
We are thrilled to announce that the Mothers’ Springboard Programme is back for its sixth cohort, launching in January 2027. Building on everything we have learned across five successful programmes, this edition is our most ambitious yet — expanded capacity, new workshop modules, and a strengthened network of coaches and mentors ready to walk alongside every mother who joins us.
The sixth programme brings with it a number of exciting developments. We have expanded our workshop curriculum to include dedicated sessions on digital skills and financial literacy — two areas our graduates consistently told us they wanted more of. We have also grown our coaching team, bringing in new professional life coaches with lived experience of the challenges our participants face.
Places on the programme are limited to ensure every mother receives the individual attention and support she deserves. If you or someone you know could benefit from the Mothers’ Springboard Programme, we encourage you to get in touch as early as possible.
We are deeply grateful to our funders, volunteers, and community partners whose continued belief in our mission makes each new cohort possible. Together, we are building a London where no mother’s circumstances define her future.
December 2025 marked a landmark moment for Mothers’ Springboard: the successful completion of our fifth programme cohort. Watching another group of incredible mothers graduate — more confident, more skilled, and more ready for what comes next — reminded us exactly why this work matters.
Our fifth cohort brought together mothers from across Greater London, each carrying their own story of resilience and determination. Over the course of the programme they took part in skills workshops, one-to-one coaching sessions, peer support circles, and career guidance — emerging with renewed confidence and a clear vision for their futures.
The results speak for themselves. Participants reported significant increases in confidence and wellbeing, and a number of graduates have already taken their first steps into employment or further education. Several have expressed interest in returning as Ambassadors — a testament to the lasting impact of the community we build together.
We want to say a heartfelt thank you to every mother who trusted us with her journey, to our dedicated team of coaches and facilitators, and to all the supporters and funders who make this work possible. Five programmes down — and we are just getting started.
