Who we are

Information we collect

We collect names, contact details, support requirements, lifestyle information and racial or ethnic origin data to provide our services, including third-party referrals. We also collect career preferences, wellbeing indicators and course access needs, and information used for donations, funding and fundraising activities.

Signing up and donating

When you register, we ask for your contact details, where you live, your family and money circumstances (including any benefits), your work situation, the barriers you face (which can include health or wellbeing) and your goals. We use this to decide on places and to support you on the programme. Only our team sees it. If you ask us to, we also contact you about future programmes. We ask for your consent on the form. The registration form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, on our behalf. We use it only to contact you about our programmes and events.

If you refer a mother to us, we ask for your name and contact details, and for her first name, phone number, borough and, if you choose, her email address. Please only refer her with her agreement. We use these details only to contact her about the programme, and to let you know we have been in touch.

Donations are taken by JustGiving and PayPal, or by bank transfer. JustGiving and PayPal handle your payment details directly, and we never see or store your card or bank details. We receive a record of the donation from them, including your name and email address if you provide them, so we can thank you and keep our accounts.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent, which means we ask your permission after giving you all the relevant information.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for up to 5 years, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised. Workshop recordings are kept for 12 weeks after the programme ends, then deleted.

Who we share it with

Information may be shared with charities, voluntary organisations, regulatory authorities and funders. It may also appear publicly on our website, social media or other marketing media where you have agreed.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not use analytics cookies.

Some content we link to or show is provided by other companies, who may set their own cookies when you use it. On our donation page, the PayPal button loads from PayPal, and the JustGiving checkout opens on JustGiving’s website; both may set cookies needed to process your donation and for fraud prevention. Our website host, Netlify, processes registration and referral form submissions. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings.
