Information we collect

We collect names, contact details, support requirements, lifestyle information and racial or ethnic origin data to provide our services, including third-party referrals. We also collect career preferences, wellbeing indicators and course access needs, and information used for donations, funding and fundraising activities.

Signing up and donating

If you register your interest, we ask for your name, phone number, email address and how you heard about us. The sign-up form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, on our behalf. We use it only to contact you about our programmes and events.

Donations are taken by PayPal. PayPal handles your payment details directly, and we never see or store your card or bank details. We receive a record of the donation from PayPal, including your name and email address if you provide them, so we can thank you and keep our accounts.

We rely on your consent, which means we ask your permission after giving you all the relevant information.

Some content we link to or show is provided by other companies, who may set their own cookies when you use it. On our donation page, the PayPal button loads from PayPal, which may set cookies needed to process your donation and for fraud prevention.
